JNTUA, by virtue of the quality of its academic programmes, has consistently been
ranked amongst the leading technical Universities in the country. The University has
carved a niche for itself in Technological Education and is ranked by NAAC with ‘A’
Grade. The University is working dedicatedly towards the vision of producing quality
technical graduates, competent teachers, scientists and leaders in the academics,
research, industry, and administration.
On behalf of APSCHE, JNTUA has successfully conducted APECET nine times
(consecutively from 2015 to 2021, 2024 and in 2025) and APEAPCET two times (2022
and 2023). This year, for APECET 2026, the Chairman is Prof. H.Sudarsana Rao, the
Vice-Chancellor of JNTUA and the Convener is Prof. B. Durga Prasad, Professor of
Mechanical Engineering.
